- • In re Bratt, 549 B.R. 462 (6th Circuit BAP, 2016) – determination of whether a bankruptcy specific Tennessee statute constitutes a “nonbankruptcy law” under 11 USC 511(a).
- • In re Michael Corrin, 527 B.R. 303 (6th Circuit, 2017) – determination of appropriate interest to be paid on delinquent property taxes based on Tennessee statute and violation of the Supremacy Clause.
