From the first time I called and spoke with Ruth Stockell, I felt at ease. She answered questions, was very compassionate, and understood when we had to cancel and then reschedule.
Meeting with Toni was also a pleasure. She is compassionate, thorough and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions, made sure we had everything we needed for our file, gave us an quick outline of what to expect and just really helped us so much.
