June and I wanted to let you know that Andy needs to be commended for his professionalism and his concerns for his clients. He has never failed to respond to us when we have left notice for him. He reacts when he thinks we need to be soothed, and he has put our mind at ease on our case. We today panicked when we received a notice that we did not clearly understand. I've not yet started, next week to be my "orientation". Right now, plucking chickens would seem heavenly. I am so eager to get back to work it's revolting.

It has been a while since I’ve talked to you and usually I only contact you when I want something. Well surprise! This time I’m writing to say THANK YOU! I want to thank you for referring Joe Bauer to me and for your help in making this recent refinance possible. Joe is a “realtor from heaven” and has done an outstanding job in turning my mortgage monstrosity into the loan that I should have received when I purchased my home four years ago. Never in the 34 years that I have been paying a mortgage have I been able to get a fixed rate of 5.5%. NEVER!
