Let me say thank you so much for everything you have done for me. From the time of my intake all the way up to now it has been nothing but a pleasant experience for something unpleasant. Mr. Rothschild through all my paranoia and all my emails you have not failed once to respond to my emails and when you havent been around Mrs. Ausbrooks has been great in filling the void. Ive recieved emails from you at 2:00 a.m. in the morning and the whole time thinking do you ever get to sleep. You provide a great service for those that are in desperate situations your office and staff need to be commended on the job they do and not once have I ever felt as anyone was being judgemental. You all are not run of the mill lawyers you have compassion for the people you help, and take such pride in your work it really does show. I would recommend your office to anyone that was in need of a good bankruptcy attorney. You have acted like a brother through all this and I really appreciate it. I was really worried about the whole process, and your reassurance went a long way in calming my nerves although at times I know it was hard to tell through the 20 emails I sent you a day.

June and I wanted to let you know that Andy needs to be commended for his professionalism and his concerns for his clients. He has never failed to respond to us when we have left notice for him. It has been a while since I’ve talked to you and usually I only contact you when I want something. Well surprise! This time I’m writing to say THANK YOU! I want to thank you for referring Joe Bauer to me and for your help in making this recent refinance possible. Joe is a “realtor from heaven” and has done an outstanding job in turning my mortgage monstrosity into the loan that I should have received when I purchased my home four years ago. Never in the 34 years that I have been paying a mortgage have I been able to get a fixed rate of 5.5%. NEVER!
