EDGAR ROTHSCHILD: Our firm handles consumer bankruptcy case under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. We also handle occasional creditor cases and we are experts in the field of consumer bankruptcy. Every one of us has had multiple years of experience.
MARY BETH AUSBROOKS: Presently we have three attorneys at our office and between the three of us we have 62 years of combined experience doing bankruptcy work. In addition to the three attorneys we have ten support staff which include paralegals, legal assistants, legal secretaries, a receptionist and a file clerk.
EDGAR ROTHSCHILD: My top priority is to help my client get a fresh start within the confines of the bankruptcy statute. I want to help my clients who are in many instance economically disadvantaged, to help them overcome their difficulties.
MARY BETH AUSBROOKS: Every one that works here is dedicated to making sure that our client's interests and needs are met. When these clients come in to my office they are at the lowest of lows. Once I talk to them and I'm able to go through their assets, their debts, their income and their expenses and I can put together relief, I can see the, the burden visibly lifting off of their shoulders.
